Tool and Die Lead – 1st shift
What are we looking for?
A Tool and Die Journeymen that is looking to continue to grow their skill and take on a leadership role.
What will you be doing?
Actual assignments may include building a schedule based on orders and process times, requisition of materials, conduct test runs, create blanks or blocks, assist with tool and die work as needed, design items for use as work aids, as well as other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Journeyman license and 3 years of experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Industrial Engineer – 1st shift
What are we looking for?
An Engineer that is looking for the opportunity to grow with a smaller company, creating, developing, and implementing efficient manufacturing systems and reducing costs while maintaining standards of operations.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborates with senior engineers to improve all aspects of manufacturing to promote safety, improve quality, and reduce cost.
- Develops and maintains manufacturing information systems, i.e. job templates, work instructions, computerized file systems and packaging methods.
- Implements methods and modifications to reduce production costs.
- Capable of working independently on projects of limited complexity, or as part of a multidisciplinary team for projects of greater complexity.
- Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that awkward or uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.
- Identifies and assesses various problems and departures from established manufacturing standards and best practices; researches and recommends solutions.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of best practices in metal fabrication and stamping, as well as trends and developments in technology and equipment; applies this knowledge to maintain the organization’s competitive edge.
Desired Skills & Education:
- SolidWORKS or similar CAD Program
- Manufacturing ERP System Experience
- PLC Programming
- Sheet Metal Fabrication/Low – Medium Volume Stamping Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a similar degree is required.
- Entry Level position, one – three years of engineering experience (including internships) is recommended.
Tool and Die Journeyman – 1st shift
What are we looking for?
A Tool and Die Journeyman or Tool Room Machinist that is looking to continue to grow in the field.
What will you be doing?
Actual assignments may also include secondary welding, tapping, assembly, building and metal stamping; progressive, secondary, and compound tooling, and building gage and fixtures.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Journeymen’s license or 3 years’ experience in tool room
Welder – 1st Shift
What are we looking for?
Individuals that want to continue to learn the welding trade. Whether you have been in it for years or just starting out, if you have the desire to learn, like to stay busy, are detail oriented, willing to jump in where needed, and mechanically minded, this job is for you!
What will you be doing?
Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Welder uses welding equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products. Welder duties include but are not limited to the operation of manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in an efficient manner to maximize production, using processes such as gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc, shielded metal arc, mig and tig welding, and submerged arc welding.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Two years of experience, or equivalent schooling, or a combination of both is required
- Blueprint reading and understanding of weld symbols
- Understand and apply welding techniques, processes, and equipment
- Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manually operated wrenches
- Ability to read micrometers, angle finders, protractors, calipers, and tape measures
- GMAW and GTAW experience
- Math skills including fractions and angles
Turret and Brake Operators 2nd, 3rd and weekend shift

What will you be doing?
Actual assignments may include brake press operation, turret operation, and other work the production lead sees as appropriate.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Machine Operation experience (laser, brake press, CNC mill, turret, etc.)
Wages: $16.00 – $25.00 base wage to start PLUS: $3.00 shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift
Industrial Engineering Intern
What do we offer?
A flexible schedule to allow you to work around your school schedule. You will be able to learn practical application for the knowledge already gained through school in a relaxed manufacturing environment.
What will you be doing?
The Industrial Engineering Intern will create, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing systems reducing costs while maintaining standards of operations.
Desired Skills/Experience/Education:
- Pursuing a degree in a Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- CAD experience (SolidWORKS) would be a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of ergonomics and applicable industry standards
